Welcome Week for international students – autumn 2024
The International Relations Office of the University of Arts in Belgrade has organized a Welcome Week for the incoming students in the Autumn semester of the academic 2024./25. in collaboration with the University of Belgrade and Erasmus Student Network in Belgrade (ESN BelUPgrade).
In order to welcome the new cohort of the incoming Erasmus+ students in Belgrade, the International relations Office of the University of Arts in Belgrade in collaboration with the University of Belgrade and ESN BelUPgrade has organized Welcome Week for the Autumn semester of academic 2024/25.
The week consisted of joint reception at the University of Belgrade (30 September) and the reception at the University of Arts in Belgrade Rectorate on 2 October where exchange students were received by the new Vice-rector for international relations prof. Dimitrije Pecić, International relations office of the University and mobility coordinators at faculties. Students also had the opportunity to meet each other.
To support the cultural integration of Erasmus+ incoming students in Belgrade, guided tours at the National Museum (1 October) and the Museum of Belgrade – residence of Princess Ljubica (3 October) were organized by IRO for about 50 incoming students of both Belgrade state universities.
Many additional activities, such as the city tour, and various evening activities were organized by Erasmus student network to let students present their cultures and engage with each other, as well as the domestic students.
