Erasmus+ Mobility for Traineeship at:

Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst Frankfurt am Main

During my second Erasmus traineeship at the HfMDK, I had the exciting opportunity to explore further science fields closely related to voice and performance, that got me intrigued and interested in the first period I spent time at this University.

Exploring the mind-body-voice connection further, primarily in neuromuscular programming and individual sessions has significantly enhanced my understanding of how each element interacts and influences one another. These courses provided me with valuable insights into the intricate relationship between mental and emotional processes, physical movements, and vocal production and expression, allowing me to develop a deeper appreciation for the interplay between these components, as well as provide me with tools and exploration ideas on how to practically use this knowledge.

Furthermore, a part of my traineeship that was initiated from a place of curiosity, has unexpectedly turned out to become an area that I became deeply passionate about. Namely, on one side, exploring rules and application of the International Phonetic Alphabet for German language in theory, and working on speaking and singing production of this language in practice, has opened my personal journey of exploration in this field and became one of the key elements of my PhD theses in Art.

Moreover, spending more time in Frankfurt, I got to immerse myself deeper in the local culture, connect with people from various backgrounds, and explore different perspectives. This experience broadened my worldview and developed a greater understanding of the value of cultural exchange. These kinds of experiences I find to be an invaluable asset for every artist, both personally and professionally.
