PhD programme Theory of Arts and Media encourages students to explore conceptually and creatively the ways in which contemporary artistic practice and critical theory interrelate, to expand their knowledge of contemporary artistic developments and to deepen their understanding of the interdisciplinary nature of the arts. The programme is based on independent study, supported by supervisory and courses designed to help students to undertake their research and develop transferable skills.
